App updates

Update your installed Bua app.

Mobile release status verified 17 September 2026: Android 1.1.0 (27) and iOS 1.1.0 (48). Both are available to authorised internal testers.

iPhone and iPad

For authorised internal testers, open TestFlight → Bua™ → Update and confirm version 1.1.0 (48). For a first installation, accept your Bua invitation and choose Install in TestFlight. If Update is not shown, open the app details in TestFlight and check the installed version.

Use the Apple Account associated with your tester access. If Bua is missing, request TestFlight access. Installing TestFlight alone does not grant Bua access.

The public App Store release is pending.

Android

Open the Google Play tester-access link on your Android phone or tablet with the same invited Google Account used in its Play Store. Join the test if prompted, choose Download test app, then Install or Update. The current release is 1.1.0 (27).

Google Play may show the temporary name africa.sovereignseries.bua (unreviewed). New test releases and access changes can take several hours to reach every tester. Google explains test availability. The public Google Play release is pending.

The older development APK is a separate package and is not a Play Store update. Keep your existing app and data; do not uninstall to try to obtain an update. Contact support about Android updates.

Google Play installation help

Something went wrong on our end, please try again? Close and reopen Play Store, check your connection, and try again. If it persists, open Settings → Apps → Google Play Store → Storage → Clear cache, then reopen the tester link. Google Play troubleshooting.

Google Play says the app is not available for your devices? Open the tester link on the Android device, and check that the browser and Play Store use the same invited account. Bua requires Android 7.0 or later. If installation still fails, contact support with your device model, Android version, and exact error message.
