Your name, member identity, phone number and shareable ssKey support account access and exact member addressing. An ssKey is not a password or authentication token.

Bua Speak uses the minimum member, device and communication data needed to authenticate you, connect authorised members, deliver messages and calls, protect access, and meet governed audit obligations.
Messages and calls
Message content and call signalling are processed to deliver authorised conversations. Camera and microphone media is used only when you start or answer the relevant feature.
Voice notes and transcripts
Voice notes you choose to send are stored encrypted and made available to the selected conversation or My Circle audience. Draft audio stays in private app storage while awaiting upload or discard. Transcription runs on supported devices without a cloud speech fallback; you review the text or enter a text equivalent before sending. A hearing receipt is an optional disclosure of completed playback to the author, can be withdrawn, and is not proof of understanding.
Devices and notifications
Device identifiers, protected push tokens and diagnostics support secure sessions, call and message notifications, fraud prevention and service reliability.
Evidence and files
Photos, video, audio, files or other evidence are processed only when you intentionally submit or use those features.
Protection and sharing
Data is encrypted in transit. Bua does not sell personal or sensitive data and does not use it for third-party advertising. Member-to-member media or messages are shared only through member-initiated functionality.
Deletion and retention
You can request deletion in the app or through the web process. Eligible profile, configuration and credential data is removed or anonymized after approval. Encrypted message and immutable audit records, including stable governed references, may remain where governance, security, legal or integrity requirements apply.
