Delete your Bua account
You can request deletion of your Bua Speak account and associated member data from inside the authenticated account workspace.
In the app or web portal
- Sign in to your Bua account.
- Open Account.
- Select Request account deletion and confirm.
- Use the same workspace to cancel while the cancellation window remains open.
What is deleted
Eligible profile, personal configuration and operational credential data is removed or anonymized according to the governed deletion workflow. Encrypted conversation and message records plus immutable audit records, including stable governed references, may be retained where governance, fraud-prevention, security, financial, legal or integrity requirements apply.
Do not email a password, OTP, recovery code or signing credential. Support will verify account control through the governed authentication process.
